Powdercoating is the process of applying a specialty dry
powder that is typically applied electrostatically and is then cured under heat
to allow it to flow and form a "skin". It is usually used
to create a hard finish that is tougher than conventional paint. Powder
coating is mainly used for coating of metals, such as household
appliances, aluminium extrusions, and automobile and
bicycle parts.
Our powdercoat booth is custom made to the dimensions of 4ft
x 4ftx 8ft. This size can accommodate most customer projects from engine
and suspension parts, rims, bicycle and motorcycle frames, household items.
